Business Development Service

OptiCore Launch is a business-development service of OptiCore Wellness, LLC. It does not provide medical care, prescribe medication, operate a pharmacy, or perform laboratory or genetic testing.

Independent Healthcare Services

Clinical evaluation, prescribing, dispensing, laboratory, testing, and related regulated services are performed by applicable independent third parties. Availability varies by program, jurisdiction, eligibility, and provider determination.

No Earnings Guarantee

OptiCore Launch does not guarantee revenue, profit, customer volume, business success, prescription issuance, or treatment eligibility. Business results depend on numerous factors outside OptiCore's control.

Fees and Third-Party Costs

Unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement, the OptiCore Launch package fee covers the business-development services identified in the applicable proposal or agreement. Third-party healthcare, pharmacy, laboratory, technology, transaction, shipping, and similar charges are separate where applicable.
